Course Objective

To provide business law, properties, and to introduce the principles of the descriptions of each situation encountered in respect of legal, explaining the main characteristics of the elements of the employment contract to students

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to able to define the concepts of penal law
2   to be able to understand the principles of the prevailing administrative fines
3   to be able to analyze detect differences in business relationships and provide triple
4   to be able to explain collective dismissal sanction illegality and the provisions on collective dismissals
5   to be able to understand periods of work and the concept of equalization
6   to be able to identify and understand the rules of occupational health and safety violation
7   to be able to provide in the examination of the Criminal Provisions of the Labour Code
8   to be able to examine working life in the light of Supreme Court decisions on labor law in many important condition encountered
