Course Objective |
This class will examine the philosophical underpinning of music concrete, and students will compose works using this deeper understanding. In addition, more recent signal processing techniques will expand the students compositional palate and options. Final compositions will be performed in public. |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
Lectures will consist of listening to electronic music pieces, software programming examples, as well as examinations and trials of different compositional techniques. |
