Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to help the student consciously become familiar with and develop his body. By establishing a connection between the body and the spirit, it is hoped that he will gain strength, courage, a sense of commune, harmony, self- confidence, balance and, as a result, all of that which is intended to increase success by ensuring a holistic development.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The ability to relax the circulatory, skeletal, muscular and respiratory systems
2   The ability to transfer felt and thought messages to physical expression
3   The ability to open breath-voice-energy channels through postural adjustments
4   The acquisition of behavioral patterns which are required for aesthetic
5   To develop skills associated with attention, concentration, physical-mental-emotional awareness, harmony, and balance skills

1 To know the body- Basic ideas about how the body is structured and its functions
2 Understanding the nature of movement in relation to the body
3 Perception and acquired motion possibilities.
4 Correct posture-correct sequence (Physical Alignment)
5 What are the ideal characteristics of movement Positions of motion and posture.
6 Physical - kinesthetic exercises.
7 Relationships between body and ground: synthesis-synergy-syntropy

9 Physical-mental-emotional awareness exercises
10 Attention and concentration studies
11 Functional integration and awareness through movement: Focus
12 Restructuring for understanding: The adjustment of mental attitudes
13 Special motion techniques for flexibility and aesthetics
