Course Objective

To investigate the innovations in fabric design and production in materials and techniques developed with the latest technology and to examine the application areas of such fabrics and to reveal what kind of innovative effects can be developed.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To know the textile materials developed with the latest technologies and follow innovations closely 2   Having knowledge about fabrics fabricated with textile materials developed with latest technologies 3   Being informed about textile firms and fabric designers, fashion designers who reveal fabrics formed with textile materials developed with latest technologies 4   To be able to gain innovative effects on fabrics, color, shape, different textile structures, pattern integrity with the textile materials developed with latest technologies 5   Textile, color, shape, different textile structures with textile materials developed with the latest technologies can be transformed into fabrics with innovative effects in pattern integrity
