Course Objective

The aim of this course is teaching the test that applied to ceramic and the materials composing the ceramic, preparing the clay, shaping, drying and firing, other materials, industrial ceramic clays.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To know ceramic, ceramic raw materials and its spesifications,
2   To know the tests made to clay and kaolins, make some of them,
3   To learn industrial clay prepearing and shaping,
4   To learn drying and firing stage of ceramic,
5   To know ceramic kilns and its collateral parts,
6   To know the industrial ceramic clays and make categorization.
