Course Objective

It s aimed to teach expresssing the product in visual and technical manners by technical drawing principles at ceramic designing and production process.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of this course these qualifications will be expected from students; To be capable of creating technical drawings of product sketchs,
2   To be capable of creating design and technical drawing in accordence with ceramic and glass design theories,
3   To be capable of solving the problems that may be encountered in the transition from design to practice process,
4   To have and to use theoretical and terminological knowledge related to their profession.
5   To be capable of creating technical analysis for reproducting ceramic product that has no technical drawing,

1 Declaration of projects and equipment to be taken
2 Supplying equipment and evaluation of first project designs sketch works.
3 Approvaling of sketches for technical analysing. Discussing the theoretical information regarding project.
4 Approvaling of sketches for technical analysing. Discussing the theoretical information regarding project.
5 Creating technical drawing of the project. Declaration of the second project.
6 Creating technical drawing.
7 Starting second project. Analyzing technical aspects of second project.
8 Analyzing technical aspects of second project. Dicussing information about related subject. Declaration of the third project.
9 Discussing and reviewing the projects.
10 Creating technical drawing of second project
11 Analyzing technical aspects of third project.
12 Creating technical drawing of third project

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Lecturer, will be guide and inform students about creating true, correct and standart technical drawing of designed work for ceramic and glass material to be producted.

Assessment Criteria

Evaluation will be made from finishing projects in time and creating drawings proper to projects. And also it will be considered the quiz results to be made, creating interpretable visuals and presenting the files about projects completely at the end of term.

2-All kinds of plagiarism will result in disciplinary action.
