Course Objective

The aim of this course is to enable students to learn about the basic concepts and institutions and practice of firm law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to learn the types of companies which are faced in practice and regulated in Turkish law and to distinguish the differences between them.
2   Students will be able to explain the establishment, management, control and termination processes of companies with the main elements.
3   Students will be able to explain rules relating to liability in companies with examples.
4   Students will be able to prevent and solve the legal problems that may arise between companies and stockholders and/or creditors.
5   Students will be able to find examples of the types of companies in the tourism sector.
