Course Objective

This course aims to provide students with theoretical knowledge and with examination of cases about human resources management (HRM), to provide students with knowledge and skills for improvement of human resources practices at organizations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Explaining factors influencing development of HRM 2   Interpreting the progress in HRM in the light of classical and modern theories of organization 3   Having fundamental knowledge on job analysis, human resources planning and recruitment 4   Having fundamental knowledge on training, performance evaluation and career planning 5   Following and interpreting current developments related to HRM
