Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach students learn about the basic concepts and institutions of the law of commercial business.

2   To summarize the concept of valuable instruments
3   Ability to identify problems arising from commercial law
4   To help preventing and solving the problems arising from commercial law

1 - Representation: concept, types - Wrongful Act Arising debt relationships: Contract responsibility, responsibility of wronful acts.
2 Strict liability: concept, strict liability of States, -Unjust Enrichment Arising dept relationships: the provisions of the terms, the concept of unjust enrichment
3 -The provisions of the debt Relationship: the debt and its fulfillment, performance schedule, performance time, the place, the partial performance -Payee Receives: concept, terms, the result
4 Failure of the Results: Debt-Debt Performance performance; The borrower receives the termination of the Loan or debt Relationship
5 -Undertaking the transfer and Loan Receivable
6 The definition of commercial enterprise, commercial, business types, elements of business assets, business headquarters and branch offices of commercial concepts
