Course Objective

Teaching methods of skills in Artistic Gymnastics in basic and intermediate levels, to classify Artistic Gymnastics contest rules and to create series of small age groups and categories of sports stars, to perform the transfer of the information about the artistic gymnastics competition organizations.

1   To create a culture of Artistic Gymnastics
2   Identify the basic and intermediate skills in Artistic Gymnastics branch
3   To apply the teaching methods of Artistic gymnastics skills
4   To apply the basic skills of artistic gymnastics In the series (girls and boys),
5   To understand the general characteristics of organizations in Artistic Gymnastics

1 Safety precautions to be taken in training and competition in Artistic Warming techniques in Artistic Gymnastics
2 Warming techniques in Artistic Gymnastics Floor movements teaching steps and techniques Rolls
3 Floor movements teaching steps and techniques Handstand and movements from handstand
4 Floor movements teaching steps and techniques Handstand and movements from handstand
5 Teaching methods of Kip
6 Floor movements teaching steps and techniques Basic acrobatic moves Cartwheel
7 Floor movements teaching steps and techniques Basic acrobatic moves Uberschlagen
8 Floor movements teaching steps and techniques Basic acrobatic moves Flick-flak
9 Forms of walking on balance beam walking, jumps, turns and stops, exits-ups, teaching techniques acrobatic movements, (for girls) Pull-out and grip positions on High Bar, making elan, teaching techniques of the basic movements on High Bar (males)
10 Asymetric bars, the outputs, the teaching techniques of the basic movements and finishing (for girls) Paralel bars, retaining hands and arms and grapping, hands and arms retaining swing, techniques of teaching the basic movements and finishing(men)
