Course Objective

To combine gymnastics movements (without music or with music) together with exhibitional purposes; to provide individual psychological and physiological development by combing aesthetic, art and sport components; to create choreography presentations to be exhibited in special days and celebrations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To provide a contribute to Gymnastics branch to spread all sectors of society
2   To understand the basics/ the principles of physical activity .
3   To develop materials for the show
4   To become creative for producing creative gym choreography of the show
5   To reveal different formations related to the movements and practices of Gymnastics
