Course Objective

The purpose of this course, historical and philosophical foundations of the Turkish education system, to grasp the legal basis, purpose, structure and functioning of the system, to know, management science, and theoretical and practical aspects of school management in the context of the organization

1   The participants will analyze the structure of Turkish Educational System
2   The participants will comprehend the issues of Turkish Educational System in the context of administrative and organizational level
3   The participants will explain the basics of schools and educational system
4   The participants will explain the basic terms of educational management discipline
5   The participants will comprehend the functions of the inner and outer factors of schools
6   The participants will explain the different views to the human nature in the context of management approaches
7   The participants will analyze the classical and contemporary management theories
