Course Objective

The aim of the course is to gain knowladge and skills on fludomechanic features of water and safely applying those features in physiotherapy treatments, provide knowladge about methods of aquatic phsiotherapy and following recent literature.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Know fludomechanic features of water and the effects of immersion on human body systems
2   Know and use aquatherapy equipments
3   Compare land and water exercises
4   Identify special aquatherapy techiques
5   Manage aquatherapy programs for special populations or individualized program
6   Risk assessment and management of pool enviorement within the team
7   Synthese information related to the topic and present the outcomes orally and visually.
