Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with the advanced level of knowledge on the international dispute settlement.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   acquire advanced level of knowledge on international dispute settlement
2   evaluate critically rhe acquired knowledge on basic concepts, theories and applications.
3   define and analize conflicts which require specialization, offer a solution by referring to related theoretical approaches, reach a conclusion and report it verbally and writing.
4   achive self-disipline and take responsibility for their own actions and decisions
5   develop, skills of critical analysis an relation to political, socio-cultural, economic and legal developments in national and international agenda
