Course Objective

Making students capable of preparing official correspondences, business correspondences and private correspondences quickly and effectively.

1   Being able to understand the types of correspondence.
2   Being able to prepare contents of correspondence as needed.
3   Being able to use computer softwares designed for correspondences.
4   Being able to follow-up process of incoming and outgoing writings.
5   Being able to archive correspondences.
