Course Objective

The aim of this lecture is to constitute necessary background for thesis work; and guide the student throughout the processes of thesis proposal, ethical permissions, pilot studies and thesis work.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The student may analyze and interpret the literature related to the topic of the thesis.
2   The student may regard scientific and ethical values throughout the thesis
3   The student may determine and apply methodology related to the thesis.
4   The student may acquire the skill to solve the problems encountered during the study by using research methodology and with taking responsibility and new approaches.
5   The student may present and interpret developments in thesis study referring to accompanying literature
