Course Objective

The purpose of the basic gymnastics includes; to apply to warm-up and stretching movements , to learn the basic stance positions ,ann to apply basic gymnastic movements .

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To understand the basic body postures and positions, being able to use the space.
2   To classify important.techniques and methods in basic gymnastics training.
3   To do basic gymnastics movements
4   To create gymnastics series, , to create coordination between music and and body movements and manipulative abilities
5   To determine physical fitness levels by age group for gymnastics branch and gymnastics training classification

Course Contents

1 General information about the sport of gymnastics, information about the activities of national and international federations and gymnastics, general information about the basic gymnastic movements
2 Awareness of your body works, leg, foot and holding of the arm, the use of space
3 Warm up and stretching techniques,exercise methods
4 Basic gymnastics movements and safety assistance
5 Floor movements Turning flips in the preparatory exercise
6 Earth movements On, off the leg turning flips turning flips Turning flips forward and backward
7 Preliminary preparation for the the movements and activities handstand and from handstand
8 Warm-up and coordination exercises Preparatory work handstand
9 Circle and kartvil preparatory exercise
10 Balance exercises Kartvil work
11 Pivots Serial studies
12 Flexibility and wave studies Series of individual and group formations, and all studies Bug fixes and controls
