Course Objective

The aim of this course, technical criteria of sprint, relay sprint, hurdles sprint branches and basic game form exercises. Technical developer and reinforce technical exercises competition rules and make an organization of issues.

2   Define to exercises equipment and materials

1 Technical criteria of block started and sprint braches, competition rules and organizations. - Practice training of block started and sprint braches with game form.
2 Technical training practices and game form exercise in block started and sprint braches and training equipments. - Reaction training, Flat out and with block started also in corner.
3 Main technical development and reinforcement of practice exercises in block started and sprint braches and attentions. - Basic technical development and reinforcement of practice exercises in block started and sprint braches.
4 Technical criteria of hurdles sprint , competition rules and the organization - Practice training of hurdles sprint with game form
5 Technical training practices in hurdles sprint and training equipments. - Hurdles gymnastic and Technical training practices in hurdles sprint.
6 Main technical developer and reinforcement of practice exercises in 100m-110m hurdles and attentions. - Basic technical development and reinforcement of practice exercises in hurdles sprint.
7 Main technical developer and reinforcement of practice exercises in 400m hurdles and attentions. - Rhytm developer exercise in flat out and block started.
8 Technical criteria of 4x100m relay, competition rules and organizations. - Practice training of 4x100m relay with game form
