Course Objective

Rhythmic gymnastics lessons -2, purposes branch rules, motoric branch, branch overload learning methods, degree of difficulty of the challenges of increased body movement, formations of hoop tool applications, techniques and choreography

1   Having knowledge aboutmotoric rhythmic gymnastics, and knowledge about the methods of loading
2   Increased degree of difficulty to make your body move
3   To apply the techniques of Hoop.
4   Having knowledge about the rules of the branch.
5   Create choreography and body movements, coordination between tool use and create music.
