Course Objective

Rhythmic gymnastics-III lesson aims to practice basic techniques of ribbon apparatus, comprehand the specific training theory of RC, create a composition of ribbon apparatus and forming the training programs.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Practicing the basic skills of RC ribbon appatatus.
2   Comprehensing RC branch rules and features of ribbon apparatus.
3   Creating the coordination between the body lovements, apparatus usage and the music.
4   Ability to create coreography with ribbon apparatus and writing form.
5   Recognizing the national and international RC platform.
