Course Objective

Objectives of this course are to teach students to prepare monthly, seasonal, yearly training periodization; characteristics of a trainer that he/she should possess; to make them master the physical and physiological measurement methods and tests (aerobic, anaerobic) in volleyball, to teach them how to make match analysis and make interpretations about the results.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Preparing monthly, seasonal and yearly training periodization samples.
2   Mastering the general coaching characteristics and psychological and sociologic characteristics of a trainer that he/she should possess.
3   Learning physical measurement methods and tests (aerobic, anaerobic) in volleyball.
4   Learning physiological measurement methods and tests (aerobic, anaerobic) in volleyball.
5   Making match analysis and interpretations about the results.
