Course Objective

It s aimed to give information about the subjects of pulmonary rehabilitation definition and content additionally organizational configuration and indication and contraindication, to teach and discuss the cardiopulmonary application of them (it) on different respiratory diseases.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Know the knowledge and pathophysiology of basic respiratuar lung disease.
2   Know the definition, content and importance of pulmonary rehabilitation.
3   Know the assessment methods, makes the assessment and keep records within the scope of pulmonary rehabilitation.
4   Know and apply the special techniques related to different lung disease within the scope of pulmonary rehabilitation.
5   Be able to form special pulmonary rehabilitation program related to the patient.
6   Be able to giving information to the patient and the family about pulmonary rehabilitation assessment.
