Course Objective

To introduce in and intergroup prıocesses, to comprehend the social psychological
processes in real world groups.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Having knowledge about the social psychological concepts, theories and research findings related to group processes
2   Being able to analyse the influencnes of groups and social identities on individual behavior
3   Being able to analyse the influecnes of individual on the group and group members' behaviors
4   Understanding the social psychology and the consequences of intergroup processes such as conflicts
5   Interpreting the real wolrd events in the frame of related theories
