Course Objective

Main aim of this course is;
Students' developmental characteristics being in mind that they should be physically strong and healthy, gaining physical education habits of playing sports, basketball / badminton / volleyball / soccer / table tennis branches level of play and be acquainted with the general aim of the sports branches.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Strengthening the functions and systems of body.
2   Gaining habits related with Physical education and sports.
3   Basketball; ability to perform fundamental actions and developing Basketball skills
4   Volleyball; ability to perform fundamental actions and developing Volleyball skills
5   Soccer; ability to perform fundamental actions and developing Soccer skills
6   Badminton; ability to perform fundamental actions and developing Badminton skills
7   Table tennis; ability to perform fundamental actions and developing T. tennis skills
8   Knowledge of sports equipments and use them as required.
