Course Objective

The objective is to research the characteristics and effect of fundamental rights in
the application and ending of labour relation by clarifying fundamental rights stated
in the theory of rights with regard to private law and labour law in particular.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to have knowledge related to fundamental rights in private law and in labour law in particular
2   To be able to solve the effects of fundamental rights on labour relationship
3   To be able to analyze fundamental rights in the establishment and ending of labour relationship
4   To be able to settle the disputes regarding fundamental rights in terms of labour law
5   To be able to examine critically the concepts of labour law in respect to fundamental rights
