Course Objective

learning in detail, what form that carried out the interrogation of suspects held in turkish Law, and what the regulation and enforcement of the crime of torture and understanding academicly how the Covention and the Court held that the issue of how.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to learn to way defendants interrogations in turkish law
2   to Understand what's to be done while defendants interrogations not violations of human rights
3   to understand in details what is the form of torture crimes in turkish criminal code
4   to determine in what the text of the international prohobition against torture organized form
5   to understand prohobition against torture in what way assessing in the light of the ECHR and the court decision
