Course Objective

To analyze and discuss the practise of the fair trail principle in our legal system inaccordance with the ECHR art. 6 and the records of the echr.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to disert the elemants of the fair trail principle
2   Being able to evaluate the articles of the code of criminal procedure ralating to the fair trail principle
3   Being able to comprehend the international aspects of the fair trail principle
4   Being able to understand how the fair trail principle important for the human rights law
5   Being able to know about the domestic and international concequences of the breach of the fair trail principles

12 Right to ask questions and to have an assistance of the interpreter and the criminal procedure
