Course Objective

The aim of this course is to analyze the necessity and the purpose of the protective measures, and to examine protactive measure kinds in detail.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To understand the concept of protective measures 2   To comprehend the standing of protective measures in the criminal procedure law 3   To understand the different kinds of protective measures in detail 4   To analyze the balance between individual rights and the protective measures 5   To emphasize the required conditions by the Criminal Procedure Code in order to impose a protective measure
