Course Objective

Evaluation to characteristic of the unions and integration with the socio-economic structure in the member state of EU and Turkey

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To recognate industrial relations system, basic concepts and union rights
2   To learn industrial relations system in the EU countries and Turkey
3   To analyze trade unionism perspective of the social and economic.
4   To compare changing of trade unionism in context of time and space in EU contries and Turkey
5   To discuss social and economic crisis and transformations in terms of industrial relations on the basis of a global and EU scale and to recognate its effect to Turkey which is in the process of full membership.
