Course Objective

To introduce the students general obligations of the parties in labour law, in this
regard provide to know the main points of the termination of the labour contract
encountered each legal situation, explaining the qualities of the elements of the
termination of the labour contract, so provide to find solutions encountered the
situations in work life.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define the concepts of business law
2   Being able to comprehend the prevailing principles of labor law and the actual inequality existing business relationships in general
3   Being able to analyzed to detect differences in business relationships and to provide triple relationships
