Course Objective |
The aim of this course is to help the learners to understand HR function within today s organizations, be helpful in making future HR decisions. It provides useful and accurate information on HR-Related responsibilities and personnel management. It examines the acceptance and integration of the human resources function as a full business partner. And the higher expectations placed on human resources to make a significant contribution to the successful management of the organization. |
