Course Objective

Nowadays, the museum exhibit varying approaches to the shaping of the museum building is also affected. In this respect, the scope of this course are structured museum buildings, the historical process of the development programs and themes, typologies, through examples from Turkey and the world will be discussed.

1   Understanding the importance of the concepts of the course
2   Data collection and research in the course topic
3   Be able to critical thinking for building typology and course topics
4   Be able to analyze samples for different museum buildings
5   Be able to evaluate the museum building completely (environmental, plot, general planning principles, colors, materials)
