Course Objective

The aim of the course is to make students capable to evaluate the economic performance of quality management systems, to define the dates of quality costs, to conceptualise the quality costs systems, to be able to documenting, reporting and analysis, and finally for the management of quality costs by using a database to ensure that they can offer suggestions for improvement.
