Course Objective

The main objective of the course is to provide a solid foundation of knowledge of core management topics.

1   Apprehend the company by its definitions/roles, its functions and by its environment
2   Gather knowledge on the fundamental concepts and principles of management, including the basic roles, skills, and functions of management;
3   Be knowledgeable of historical development, theoretical aspects and practice application of managerial process;
4   Evaluate the interactions between the environment, technology, human resources, and organizations in order to achieve high performance.
5   Offer solutions for the managerial problems encountering in businesses.
6   Analyze businesses from the managerial and organizational dimensions and develop strategies and policies.
7   Apply learning experiences to real-world situations.
