Course Objective |
The aim of this course is to teach the basic principles of individual labor law and collective labor law and to enable students to learn about Turkey's working relationships. Taking into account the provisions of the employment contract and the rights and obligations of the parties, it is also intended to ensure that the students learn the legislation applicable to the employment relations between employers and employers in enterprises. |
