Course Objective

This course has the aim of teaching the students the theoretical information about and practical usage of front office automation systems .

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To learn the central reservation systems of our day
2   To have the information of automation systems in Turkey and in the world.
3   To have the knowledge of the automation systems in Turkey and world and use them for the guests for blocking the reservations.
4   To control the flow of sales at the system.
5   To prepare the necessary reports at the system.
