Course Objective

This course aims to learn the basic principles of international law and to learn the rights and freedoms of foreigners in and out of the country. To have knowledge about the application of international law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understand the importance of the basic system of international law
2   To know the law of the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Turkey
3   To learn laws about the protection obligation of the citizen of the country going abroad
4   To know the law of the State on the protection of foreigners living in the country
5   To know what rights can be restricted due to public security of foreigners
6   To learn the rights and legal regulations of the people who have temporary asylum, refugee, stateless and tourist status in the country and to have information about the separations.
7   Having knowledge about practice with case studies.
8   Having knowledge about public order and order in international system.
