Course Objective

The aim of this course is; to examine the concept of responsible tourism, managerial approaches in tourism enterprises. In terms of tourism industry, sustainable development, alternative tourism approaches, mass tourism and sustainability, tourism circles, responsible tourism, organizations and codes of conduct, studies on responsible tourism in the world and Turkey will be evaluated within the scope of the course.

1   To be able to get information about responsible tourism and tourism and environment balance
2   To be able to integrate responsible tourism into tourism activities
3   To be able to plan responsible tourism
4   To be able to understand models of responsible tourism approach
5   To be able to compare and analyze the regions that are responsible tourism applications
