Course Objective |
This course focuses on crisis management from the point of view of disaster and emergency states. Anticipates to manage crises successfully, combining strategic thinking with an awareness of the importance of the ethical dimensions of business, to understand the motivations and strategic capabilities of stakeholders, but also to appreciate the importance of value-based management in preventing and managing corporate crises. It focuses on enhancing urban infrastructure and public-private cooperation to respond to disasters and emergency. It acquaintes the students with knowledge of disaster management to handle critical situations through practical application of strategies of control and prevention |
