To learn the history of diplomacy

1   The emergence of national states and the new period started after Westphalia Treaty
2   The destruction of the Napoleon wars and a new world order by the Congress of
3   The order balance of power after the policy of raison d etat and losing of the flexibility of balance of power system through German Union
4   Before the First World War and through fascism arriving to the Second World War
5   Cold War, Détente and after the collapse of Soviet Union passing to the unipolar World system
6   Globalization and the new policies of the U.S. besides the cooperation with the axis countries
