Course Objective

Students who succesfully pass this course have detailed information about general life cycle, morphology, anatomy, systematics and methots that used at identification of liverworts and hornworts.

1   Identification of sample genus from Marchantiopsida. Identification of sample genus from Anthocerotopsida
2   To learn collection and preservation in Botany
3   To learn detailed information about the flora of Turkey ((Anthoceros, Riccia, Lunularia, Conocephalum, Marchantia, Metzgeria, Pellia, Porella ve Frullania)
4   Relating our country s flora and vegetation formation with other disciplines
5   Questioning the plant diversity at nature in daily life
