Course Objective

The aim of the course is to teach basic research methods in the field of cell biology laboratory to undergraduate level students. To observe subunits and understand their functions of cells.

1   Analyzes experiment with cell biology and observe results analytically and draw conclusions
2   Explains the methods used in biological research, has the skills to analyze and solve the problems
3   To have knowledge about various aspects of cells in detail
4   To earn experimental experience on cell biology

6 Cell membrane and lipids, demonstration of the presence of plasma membrane by plasmolysis and deplasmolysis
7 Plant and Animal Tissues

9 Cell Organelles
10 Mitosis in Onion Root Tips
11 Meiosis, Spermatogenesis, Oogenesis
12 Anatomical Examination of Testicle, Sperm, Ovary, Follicle
13 Morphology of cell nucleus
