Course Objective

The aim of the course is identifying the place, importance, role of businesses in economic and social system, explaining the fundamental principles of business and business management, presenting fundamental business functions, and facilitating the understanding and analysis of effects of economic events on businesses.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to possess fundamental information about businesses and business management
2   Being able to define techniques, models and approaches of business science; understand the historical developement
3   Being able to understand the place and importance of businesses in economic and social system.
4   Being able to possess the knowledge about analysis and problem solving related to internal and external environmental conditions of businesses and determination to apply that.
5   Being able to make rational decisions in businesses considering economic facts.
