Course Objective

To enable senior students to use their strategic management knowledge with an integrative basis by a series of simulation scenarios.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of the course the student will be able to; -explain the strategic management process, stakeholders, corporate mission and vision
2   Analyze internal and external environment of an organization.
3   Gain experience in crafting business strategy, reasoning carefully about strategic options, evaluating action alternatives, and making sound strategic decisions.
4   Identify the managerial tasks associated with implementing and executing company strategies.
5   Explain the strategic decision-making process.
