Course Objective

The course aims to introcude learners to gain an understanding of the law and economics underpinning the legal regulation of competition. The course also aims to utilize the standard tools of economic analysis for the study of law and legal institutions, with special focus on economics of competition.

2. The learner will demonstrate ability to show the role of law in economic decision making.
3. The learner will have knowledge about law addressing to the problem of market failure.
4. The learner will demonstrate ability to apply general economic principles to the study of law of competition and legal institutions.
