Course Objective

The aim of the course is to teach the basic concepts of company law and to provide information about practice of company law and its institutions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To distinguish the company types and their differences.
2   To provide information about management, auditing, establishment and termination of the company.
3   To learn how to prevnt and to solve legal issues which may occur between shareholders, stakeholder and the creditor's of the company.

5 Partnership with limites liability
6 Capital Associations I: Stock Corporations
7 Capital Associations II: The organization of stock corporations; Board of directors, General Assembly; Auditors
8 Capital Associations III: Shares, the shareholder and its legal status
9 Capital Associations IV: The balance sheet, ınventory
10 Capital Associations V: Insolvency, Bankruptcy, Liquidation, Dissolution.
11 Companies with Limites Liability
12 Limites liability company: definition, shareholders, capital of the company, liability of shareholders.
