Course Objective

This course deals with improving industrial experience of students by intership-like studies in the firms related to biomedical technologies. The studies during the course will be motivated by the interests and working fields of the firm but the workflow will be controlled by the lecturer.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Gain experience on how biomedical engineering is applied in different fields of industry.
2   Recognize real life biomedical engineering problems, gain experience the feasibility of problem solving and engineering processes
3   Acquire how to put biomedical engineering skills into practice.
4   Increaing knowledge and experience on production processes.
5   Combining technical knowledge with real life problems in biomedical engineering
6   Acquire knowledge and experience in fields which are not typically covered by conventional courses.
