To examine development, principles, institutions and legal basics of democracy and human rights in EU.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to have full knowledge of legal factors which constitutes basis of modern Europe.
2   To be able to express legal structure regarding protection of human rights at the level of Europe.
3   To be able to classify institutions, principles and guarantees of democracy in EU.
4   To be able to explain supervision types regarding protection of human rights at the level of Europe.
5   To be able to classify the legal evolution of Europe in the process of adopting democracy.
