Course Objective

To learn the legal principles, protection areas and prevention of fundamental rights in terms of national and international law, to get knowladge about the theory of fundamental rights

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To analyse fundamental rights and freedoms in terms of the general theory of fundamental right
2   To specify legally the protection areas and principles of fundamental rights
3   To clarify basic principles of fundamental rights and prevention in international law
4   To clarify the prevention of fundamental rights in national law
5   To specify the prevention of fundamental rights in terms of legislation, enforcement and jurisdiction
