Course Objective |
Strategic management is a necessity for the companies to keep their operations effective in a more intensive competitive environment accompanied by globalization. Since globalization carried competition into a world wide dimension, it is important to have adequate knowledge about strategic management for the company managers / management candidates. In this context, the purpose of that course is to provide the necessary information about strategic management which is one of the core instruments for the companies to form and maintain their strategic structures. |
